We reserve the right to display completed projects, including screenshots and URLs, in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are not located in a country subject to U.S. government sanctions.
You are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Severability and Waiver

What We’re Selling:

At Magnate, we sell digital services designed for home service businesses. This includes custom website design on platforms like Duda and WordPress, SEO strategy and implementation, Google ADs, and workflow automation. Each project comes with one-on-one consultations and tailored copywriting. Websites are typically delivered within 48 hours to 2 weeks depending on size and complexity. There are no physical products, just digital.

Fulfillment Policies

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your website or automation setup, we will continue working with you until you are — or you don’t pay.
Once a website is launched, all transactions are final.
SEO and automation services are offered as monthly subscriptions. Refunds are only provided if we fail to meet the agreed-upon monthly deliverables.
We do not ship physical goods or accept returns.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time with notice before the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated by the service agreement.

Legal or Export Restrictions

We do not sell restricted items and do not impose any regional limitations. Our services are primarily offered to clients in the U.S. and North America, with occasional international sales.

Privacy Policy

We collect your name, email, business address, and payment info for the sole purpose of delivering our services. Your data is stored securely in our CRM (Go High Level). We never sell or share your information with third parties. We also use Go High Level for email marketing, analytics, and secure invoicing.

Terms of Promotions

We do not currently offer discounts, free trials, or promotions. If we choose to in the future, the terms will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.
